At Hypnotherapy Training Australia (HTA), we are committed to providing high-quality educational courses. Due to the nature of our digital products and online courses, we generally do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products.
Diploma Course Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return/refund policy for our Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Diploma course, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for the Diploma course, please follow these steps:

- Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Certificate and Masters Courses in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
- Any other products or services offered by HTA.
