Returns and Refund Policy
General Policy
At Hypnotherapy Training Australia (HTA), we are committed to providing high-quality education, training and student support. Because many of our courses and programs include immediate access to online learning materials and digital content, refunds for change of mind are generally not available once access to that content has been provided.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
Self-Paced Online Programs
The Certificate in Clinical Hypnotic Sciences and the Master Practitioner Program are available as self-paced online programs.
When either program is purchased separately, students receive access to the online course content and learning materials following enrolment. Because this digital content is made available following purchase, these programs are non-refundable for change of mind once access has been provided.
Certificate and Advanced Diploma Bundle
Students who enrol in the Certificate and Advanced Diploma Bundle receive access to the online Certificate in Clinical Hypnotic Sciences as part of their enrolment, before commencing the live Advanced Diploma training.
The Certificate component of the bundle is non-refundable once access to the online Certificate course and learning materials has been provided.
We understand that circumstances can change. If a student who has purchased the Certificate and Advanced Diploma Bundle decides that they do not wish to continue with the Advanced Diploma before commencing their live Advanced Diploma classes, they may request a refund of the portion of their payment attributable to the Advanced Diploma component.
Once a student has commenced the live Advanced Diploma classes, fees paid for the Advanced Diploma component are non-refundable for change of mind or voluntary withdrawal.
Payment Plans
Students paying through an agreed Private Tuition Payment Plan are subject to the terms and conditions of their signed Payment Plan Agreement.
Other Courses and Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, other self-paced courses, recordings, digital products and educational materials provided by HTA are non-refundable for change of mind once access to the content has been provided.
Australian Consumer Law
Our courses and services come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights or any remedy you may be entitled to where a course, service or product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please contact Hypnotherapy Training Australia with your name, enrolment details and the reason for your request.
We will review your request and contact you if further information is required. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
